a little about the program...

Hello and thank you for your interest in this Private Yoga Mentorship. The purpose of this is to give the mentee the tools they need to bring healing to their lives from the inside out. The Private Yoga Mentorship will be completely custom to each student and will relate directly to their lives. Whether you have a goal you want to accomplish or a mental hardship to overcome, this mentorship will guide you to take the steps you need to achieve.  

how it works...

Each program is custom, but all are done in a similar format. First, you will be asked to fill out an information form to ensure maximum benefit throughout the Private Yoga Mentorship. Based off your responses, I will recommend a 4, 6 or 8 week session to start. During your session, we will have weekly one-hour visits through video chat online or in person.  During your first session, your program will be laid out and explained to you in detail. Each week will come with new tasks, reminders and little key notes to incorporate into your lifestyle with minimal distraction or adjustment. The purpose of this program is to allow you to live a life that brings your happiness, health and plenty of room to accomplish your goals.
